Pantone just declared 2014's new "It" color, and it's a pinky-purple called Radiant Orchid.The company's annual color pick has long been said to influence products for the following year—not just paint and interior design, but fashion, beauty, and tech things, too.
But we think 2014's color has already been seeping into 2013, thanks to fashion designers who splashed it all over their runways last September. "Radiant Orchid permeated the runways during the spring 2014 fashion shows," Pantone said, in a release about their inspiration.
Yep, we noticed that too.
